1. About NensApp
1.a. Nens is an abbreviation of New Era Network Solution, and the trademark NensApp owned by the company Nens Corp, USA. The NensApp, the five-in-one application, which includes messenger, social media, payment interfaces, AI and business marketplace, is owned by Intercare FZE, UAE.
1.b. If you have an existing account in NensApp, you will need to agree to this Privacy Policy of NensApp. If you have not yet agreed to this Privacy Policy, the legacy NensApp Privacy Policy still apply to your account. If you access to the NensApp services even without signing in to an account of NensApp, still this Privacy Policy applies to those.

3.a. We provide you tools to control your information. You can control your account information with the help of our tools and manage or review your account information, location data at Privacy Controls.

4.a. Certain categories of information collected by NensApp. It‘s necessary to use our Services, such as the information you must provide when registering for some Services. We may collect and combine information when you interact with NensApp.
4.b. Information You Provide to Us. We may collect the information that you provide to us, such as:
4.b.i. When you create an account with NensApp, NensApp may use device IDs, cookies, and other signals, including information obtained from third parties, to associate accounts and/or devices with you.
4.b.ii. When you use our Services to communicate with others or post, upload or store content (such as messaging services, social media posts, comments, photos, voice inputs, videos, messaging services and attachments).
4.b.iii. When you otherwise use our Services, such as Social media post views, we make available or install any NensApp software such as plugins.
4.b.iv. When you sign up for paid Services, use our NensApp payment interface to pay to other users, or use Services that require your financial information or complete transactions with NensApp or with the business partners of NensApp, we may collect your payment and billing information.
4.c. Device Information. We collect information from your devices (mobile phones, tablets, computers etc.), including information about how you interact with our Services and those of our third-party partners and information that allows us to recognize and associate your activity across devices and Services.
4.d. Location Information. We collect location information from a variety of sources. With the help of location settings tools of NensApp, you can manage your location permissions.
4.e. Information from Cookies and Other Technologies. NensApp data collection technologies allow us to understand your activity on and off our Services and to collect and store information when you interact with Services.

5.a. We may provide, personalize, and improve our Services by combining and using information we have about you to understand how you use and interact with our Services. We may also use information we have about you to:

6.a. NensApp shares information within its affiliated brands and companies. We do not sell, license, or share information that individually identifies our customers with companies, organizations, or individuals outside of NensApp, unless one of the following applies:
6.a.i. With Your Consent. We will share information with companies, organizations or individuals outside of NensApp when we have your consent.
6.a.ii. Within NensApp. Information may also be shared within NensApp, including with other Nens Services and affiliates.
6.a.iii. With Partners. We may share your information with trusted partners working on behalf of or with NensApp.
6.a.iv. For Legal and Other Purposes. We may access, preserve and disclose information to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding technical issues, legal process, and other lawful purposes.

NensApp has a technical, administrative and legal team to protect against unauthorized access, use or disclosure of customer information that we collect or store. NensApp will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide you with the NensApp Services.
8. Children's Privacy Protection
Our Services are intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect, use, or share information that could reasonably be used to identify children under 13 without prior parental consent or as permitted by applicable law.
